Who we are
Brandhu is a small pilot that helps sellers and creators in Bangladesh work together. A person on our team handles every request.
What we collect
Seller form: your name, your business or page name, the link to your Facebook or Instagram page, what you sell, what you want to promote and the result you want, your budget range, where your customers are, when you want the post, your WhatsApp or phone number, your email if you choose to give it, and how you heard about us.
Creator form: your name, links to your pages, your main platform, your follower range on it, what you post about, your area, your usual fee for one sponsored post if you choose to give it, whether you are 18 or older, your WhatsApp or phone number, and your email if you choose to give it.
Both forms end with a tick box where you agree to this privacy page.
Anything else you type in a free-text box, and the WhatsApp chats and emails you send us.
When we check a creator's account, we may ask for a screen recording of your page statistics. We use it only to check the account. Sellers never see the recording, only summary numbers, and we delete it after the check.
Why we use it
To run the pilot: to contact you, to match sellers with creators, and to prepare and keep records of deals. We use it with your consent, which you give with the tick box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see below).
What we never ask for in forms
Please do not put your NID, passport, bank or card numbers, bKash or Nagad wallet numbers, passwords or one-time codes in any form, public comment or group chat. We never ask for them in a form.
Wallet numbers: we ask a creator for a bKash or Nagad number only after a deal sheet is accepted. Send it privately to our team. We keep it only for payment and tax records.
If someone says they are from Brandhu and asks you for these details in a form or a group, do not share them, and tell us.
Who sees it
Our team sees what you send. We use Google Forms and Google Sheets (Google), WhatsApp (Meta) and email to receive and store it. The sign-up forms on our website send your answers straight to Google Forms. Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. These companies may store data outside Bangladesh under their own terms. We share a creator's page and numbers only with a seller we have spoken to, and a seller's page and brief only with a creator we are matching.
Payments
We do not take card or wallet details through this website or our forms. Each deal sheet says how payment works, and you see the price and the deal sheet before you pay. Payment instructions only come from the deal sheet for your deal, sent by our team.
This website
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. Our hosting may keep standard technical logs such as IP address for security, for a short time.
How long we keep it
We keep form answers for 12 months after your last contact, and deal records for 6 years for tax and legal reasons.
People under 18
We do not accept creators under 18. If someone under 18 fills in a form, we delete their answers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Contact us and tell us which form you filled in and which phone number or email you used. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the data protection authority under Bangladesh law.
