What this is
Brandhu is a small pilot. We work with a limited number of sellers and creators in Bangladesh. A person on our team matches them and helps with each deal.
Who may join
You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract. If you act for a business, you must have the authority to agree deals for it.
The free shortlist
The form charges nothing and you have no obligation. A shortlist is our suggestion. It is not a promise of reach, sales or results.
How a deal is agreed
A deal is agreed only when our team sends both sides a written deal sheet (by email or WhatsApp) and both sides reply to accept it. Messages before that are discussion only and do not bind anyone.
The deal sheet sets out the price breakdown, what will be posted and where, by when, how long it stays up, who pays what, how and when the creator is paid, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Price
Pilot price: ৳5,000 per campaign plus 15% of the influencer fees, plus VAT where it applies. The influencer's own fee is on top. Each deal's total, including VAT, is written in the deal sheet before you pay.
Paying
You pay only after you have accepted the deal sheet. Each deal sheet says how payment works. You do not pay on this website. Payment instructions only come from the deal sheet for your deal, sent by our team.
The seller pays Brandhu the total written in the deal sheet, using the payment details our team sends. Brandhu then pays the creator their fee by bKash or Nagad, on the date written in the deal sheet, once the seller's payment has reached Brandhu.
If anyone asks you to send money some other way in our name, do not, and tell us.
For creators
It is free to join. You see the fee and the deal sheet before you say yes. Creators are paid by Brandhu, by bKash or Nagad, on the date written in the deal sheet, once the seller's payment has reached Brandhu. You keep 100% of the agreed fee, apart from any tax the law requires us to deduct.
What creators must do
Mark every paid or gifted post with Meta's Paid partnership label, or a clear "Ad" where that label is not available. Give your honest view. Do not buy followers, likes or comments. Follow the rules of the platform you post on.
What sellers must do
Your product must be legal in Bangladesh and licensed where the law requires it. What you ask a creator to say about it must be true.
Campaigns we do not take
Tobacco and vaping, betting or gambling, crypto, medicines or cosmetics without the approvals the law requires, weapons, adult content, and political content.
Who owns the content
Unless the deal sheet says otherwise: the creator owns the post. The seller may share or link to it, and may use it in paid ads for 30 days. The post stays up for the period written in the deal sheet.
If a post does not go live
What happens is written in the deal sheet before anyone pays. Tell us straight away, and a person on our team helps sort it out.
Our checks
Our team looks at each creator's page and numbers by hand before we show them. It is a check by people, not a guarantee. We cannot promise followers, reach, sales or any result.
Our role and liability
We introduce sellers and creators and help them agree a deal. We are not responsible for results, or for what a seller or creator does outside the deal sheet. Our total liability for any deal is limited to the fee we received for it, except where the law does not allow a limit.
Ending
Either side may stop at any time before a deal sheet is accepted. After that, the deal sheet applies.
The pilot has limits
We take a limited number of sellers and creators. We may say no, pause or change the pilot. A change does not alter a deal sheet that is already accepted.
What we ask of you
Give us true information. Do not put your NID, bank or wallet numbers in any form. Only post content that you have the right to use.

Changes to these terms
We post the new version here with its date. Changes do not affect deal sheets already accepted.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka decide any dispute.
